The Decisions
Decisions are taken in the different Liaison Committees.
The General Liaison Committee: It meets once a year, alternatively in Europe or in America, for the time being. It is comprised of a permanent delegate and two substitute delegates from each member Institution. It generates the decisions it deems useful and necessary to reach any objective it sets itself out and in agreement with Convergencia's nature.
The Local and Regional Liaison Committee: It links the Institutions of a city, region, in a country or in several countries without necessarily placing them in a hierarchy. To be a part of a Liaison Committee, at least three member Institutions are necessary. They are one of the places where the work is developed and where Convergencia's management is carried out. At the moment of taking a decision, each Institution has the right to one vote, regardless the number of psychoanalysts comprising it.
The Working Committees: They are created to carry out Activities, Congresses, Publications, Tabloids, Bulletins, etc., and are comprised of representatives from the different Convergencia member Institutions and all those whose collaboration is considered useful and desirable.
Each interested Institution appoints its representative for the working Committee. He/she takes part in them until they reach any objective or project they have set themselves out.
The Working Committees are dissolved once the purpose for which they were created is reached as they are not stable and, instead, are movable, rotary, and may be dissolved.

Institutions: All the institutions comprise the General Liaison Committee. At present, there are 39 institutions from Argentine, France, Brazil, Spain, Italy, Uruguay, Mexico, United States and Ecuador.
